You’ll never have to pay any extra fees when your order arrives.

We make sure all customs costs and taxes are prepaid on our side, so there are no surprise charges and nothing you need to handle yourself.

The price you see at checkout is the final price. 🖤

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. If you ordered a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.

Once processed, you can expect your order to arrive in 4-7 business days. Please note that international shipping can sometimes face slight delays, so allow a few days flexibility just in case :)

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If you’re able to check out and place an order, that means we ship to your location!

Orders are shipped from China, where the independent designers we feature are based. This allows us to offer their original pieces to customers worldwide with tracked delivery.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD!

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Returns are accepted for full store credit only.

US customers: Approved returns include a free prepaid return label.
Non-US customers: Return shipping is arranged by you to our US return address. Once your return is received and approved, you can request 50% of your return shipping cost back as extra store credit.

Start your return through our Returns Center. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive full shipping instructions by email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 2 business days.

Yes! When starting your return, you can choose between store credit or a reshipment in a different size (if available).

US customers: Exchanges get a free prepaid return label.
Non-US customers: Return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pixierebels.com with clear photos of the issue. These cases are handled separately from standard returns, and we will make it right with a reshipment.

Product & Stock

It’s up to the designers to restock any items, and that’s out of our hands. However, most items come back in stock after a little while!

We use Asian sizing, if you’re unsure about your size, size up. It’s very helpful to use the size charts for accurate measurements.

Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please let our support team know through mail within 12 hours of placing your order. We will cancel and refund your order. After the 12 hours, it won’t be possible to cancel it.

You’ll be able to track your order with the tracking code you receive in the conformation mail. If it is past your estimated delivery date, please allow some extra days and inform our support team. They will keep an eye on the process and inform you with the latest updates :)

If you want to change the shipping address, please let our support team know and inform them with the new address. They will change it for you. However, if your order has already been packed or dispatched, it won’t be possible to change it.

When you pre-order an item, you are reserving it for when it gets back in stock. This will be shipped to you as soon as it’s available! A pre-order can take up to 30 days.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item. Please contact our support team as soon as possible and they will sort this out for you and make things right! info@pixierebels.com
