Pixie Rebels is a clothing brand that offers a carefully selected range of independent Asian designer brands. Our collection is characterized by its distinctiveness and uniqueness. Although we started our journey in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we now operate from China, which enables us to ship our products worldwide with minimal or no shipping costs. This ensures a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers.

Shipping

EU: est. 7-12 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 working days.

USA: est. 7-12 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 working days.

International: est. 5-25 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 working days.

Orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our company operates with independent brands, which may cause a delay in the packing and shipping process of your package. We ensure that your package will be fully and securely packed before it is shipped.

Please note that there may be unforeseeable delays in processing or shipping that are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we are committed to shipping your order as soon as possible.

Your order will be shipped to the address that is on your Pixie Rebels order. Make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

We offer shipping services to Europe and the United States through our private shipping companies, YUNEXPRESS or YANWEN. After your package arrives in your country, a local carrier, such as USPS in the United States or PostNL in the Netherlands, will take over the delivery and bring it to your doorstep.

However, in some foreign countries, these options may not be available. Therefore, we may use different shipping companies depending on the destination, which may result in variations in delivery options.

For orders over $150 USD, shipping is free of charge. You can easily check how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping by viewing your shopping cart.

If your order total is below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs may vary, but we always strive to offer relatively inexpensive shipping options.

Bear in mind that this can only be done before your order is shipped out.

Returns

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect or faulty item. To resolve this issue, kindly contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will work to resolve the problem. We kindly request that you refrain from returning the items until you receive our response.

All items sold are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for merchandise or credit. Prior to placing your order, please review your measurements and refer to the size chart on each product page to ensure that you receive the correct size.

Exceptions to this policy may be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s), but you will be responsible for shipping the package back to us at your own expense. It is important to note that shipping costs can be high, particularly for international orders. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time. The cost of returning your item(s) will be determined by the courier you select based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the package.

After you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee the ability to make amendments or cancellations. However, if you contact us within one day of placing your order, we will make every effort to cancel it. Please note that this is only possible if your order is still in the processing stage and has not yet been dispatched.

We accept a wide range of major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. In addition to these options, we also accept payment through popular digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

After placing your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page where you will receive an order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is on its way.

If you do not receive the confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, it is possible that you may have entered an incorrect email address. In such cases, please contact us, and we will update your email address so that you can receive order updates.

Our pre-order process allows you to reserve one or more items that will be restocked in the near future. These items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. You can find the estimated availability date for each pre-ordered item under the "Pre-Order" button on the product page.

Once the pre-ordered item is available, we will begin the delivery process, which includes processing times and shipping times. You will receive an update email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We make every effort to ship items within the estimated shipping date. In the event of any delay, we will strive to ship the item as soon as possible.

Please note that if your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock items, the entire order will not be shipped until all pre-ordered items become available.

You will be charged for your order the moment you place it.

Products & Sizing

Our popular items usually sell out very quickly! We restock them frequently, so keep an eye on your favourites.

Since every body type is different, it helps to take your own measurements to find the perfect size. Our size charts include body measurements as well as size conversions from international sizes like US and EU sizes.

Each clothing piece has its own measurements, so we recommend you check the measurements on each product page.

When reading the description of a product, look for phrases like "slim fitting" or '"loose fitting" to get an idea of how the style fits.

Since our clothing is sourced from Asian designer brands, it typically runs smaller than typical Western sizes. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the size chart on each individual product. Additionally, the size chart will mention whether the item uses Asian sizing or Western sizing.

To further understand how the style fits, look for descriptors such as "fitted" or "loose" in the item's description. We also recommend checking the measurements listed on each product page since each clothing piece has its own unique measurements.
