Store Credit

Store credit is added to your Pixie Rebels account and can be used at checkout on a future order. You can also view your available store credit anytime by logging into your customer account and going to your profile.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

Pre-orders

A pre-order lets you buy an item before it is back in stock. It will ship automatically as soon as it becomes available, so nothing changes except a longer wait time.
The estimated shipping timing is listed on each product page, since it differs per item. It may be slightly shorter or longer than estimated, but once we receive the stock, your order is shipped straight away.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Taxes & Duties

No. There are no surprise charges at delivery.
Yes, all duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.
We're committed to sustainability. Many of our products use eco-friendly materials and ethical manufacturing processes.

Shipping

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. If you ordered a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.
Once processed, you can expect your order to arrive in 4–7 business days. International shipping can sometimes face slight delays, so please allow a few extra days just in case.
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If you're able to check out and place an order, that means we ship to your location.
Most orders ship from China, where our warehouse and the independent designers we feature are based. Some US orders may also ship from our US warehouse, which we are currently expanding.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns are accepted for full store credit only.

US customers: Approved returns include a free prepaid return label. Once the shipping label is created, the return must be shipped within 7 days or the return request will expire.

Non-US customers: Return shipping is arranged by you to our US return address. Once your return is received and approved, you can request 50% of your return shipping cost back as extra store credit.

US customers: Once your prepaid return label is created, the return must be shipped within 7 days.
Non-US customers: Please use a trackable shipping service and upload your tracking number in the return portal so we can monitor your return.
Yes. When starting your return, you can choose between store credit or a reshipment in a different size, if available.

US customers: Exchanges get a free prepaid return label.
Non-US customers: Return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pixierebels.com with clear photos of the issue. These cases are handled separately from standard returns, and we will make it right with a reshipment.

Products & Stock

Restocks depend on the designers and when they release new stock. We always try to restock items as soon as possible, and many do come back after some time. You can enter your email on the product page to be notified when an item is restocked.
Each designer has different fitting standards, so always check the size chart on the product page for the most accurate fit. Most of our designers use Asian sizing, so if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
We curate pieces from independent designers, so you may sometimes see their products in other places too. However, there are also many cheap copies online that use the same images while selling a counterfeit version. Ordering through Pixie Rebels helps make sure you receive the original piece from the independent designer, which also directly supports them. You can read more on our About Us page →.

Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as fulfillment may already have started, even if tracking has not yet updated.
You can track your order using the tracking code in your confirmation email. If your order is past the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days, as international shipping can sometimes be unpredictable. You can also use our tracking page here →.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@pixierebels.com with your new address. After the first 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes anymore, as fulfillment may already have started, even if no tracking is available yet. We will still try our best to get it rerouted, and most of the time it works.
If you only received one or some of your items, the rest of your order is likely still in a pre-order phase. Any non pre-order items are shipped first so you do not have to wait for those. The remaining items will be shipped a little later as soon as they become available. Once they ship, you’ll receive a new shipping confirmation email with new tracking details.
