RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns are accepted for full store credit only
  • US customers receive a free prepaid return label
  • Non-US customers arrange their own return shipping and receive 50% of return shipping costs back as extra store credit!
  • Damaged or incorrect items are handled separately with a reshipment

START A RETURN

US RETURNS

US customers receive a free prepaid return label. Once the shipping label is created, the return must be shipped within 14 days. After that, the return request will expire.

NON-US RETURNS

Non-US customers arrange and cover their own return shipping to our US returns address. Use a trackable shipping service and upload your tracking number in the return portal so we can monitor your return.

We will reimburse 50% of your return shipping cost as extra store credit! Please email your shipping receipt and order number to info@pixierebels.com once your return has been shipped.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Visit our Returns Center.

  1. Enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the steps.
  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with clear shipping instructions.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 2 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pixierebels.com with clear photos of the issue. These cases are handled separately from standard returns, and we will make it right by arranging a reshipment.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as fulfillment may already have started, even if tracking has not yet updated.

LOOKING AHEAD
