COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear valued customers,

You may have heard about the recent massive Covid-19 outbreak in China. A large portion of our warehouse staff is infected. This could all be over in about a week, but until then we only have a small number of staff to pack and ship all orders, causing significant delays in processing and shipping. At this point we can not be sure, but we expect the situation to improve in about a week.

Please allow up to 15 days of delay on orders. We are working very hard to deliver each package as quickly as possible.

If you have already placed an order, this news can be very frustrating, especially with the holidays just around the corner, so we are offering everyone free order cancelation. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will give you a full refund, including shipping costs, no questions asked.
